4. Booking & Payment
- Sessions must be booked in advance
- Payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed
- Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. scheduling or payment tools)
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and content provided by NLA remain our property.
You may use them for personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without permission.
7. Confidentiality
Conversations are treated as confidential.
We will not share your information with third parties, except:
- where required by law
- where necessary to prevent serious harm
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- NLA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

We do not promise specific outcomes.
